Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health counseling services by diagnosing, managing, and treating a variety of mental health disorders, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety, PTSD, and trauma.

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices while accommodating patient preferences.
\n
• Utilize a range of psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy based on the needs of each client.
\n
• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly, using a data-driven methodology to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
\n
• Participate in case collaboration meetings with our interdisciplinary team to enhance the continuity of care and address complex patient needs.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention as required, ensuring safe navigation through critical moments in patient care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while minimizing administrative burdens to focus on client interaction.

You will work with individuals from various demographics and age groups, facilitating their journey towards improved mental health in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
\n
• Possess active state licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in accordance with state regulations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

• A clean history with no Medical Malpractice Claims, to be verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a wide range of mental health disorders, including MDD, ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief, and trauma, is highly desirable.

• A proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, adjusting environment while managing various client cases effectively.

• Comfortable integrating technology into practice, including EMR systems and telehealth platforms for remote service delivery.
