Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders by utilizing evidence-based practices and professional consultations.

• Developing and formulating personalized intervention, treatment, and management plans tailored to meet individual patient needs.

• Creating and collaborating on realistic treatment plans and therapeutic goals with clients to enhance their journey towards recovery.

• Providing therapy through evidence-based approaches, adaptable for both in-person and telehealth settings.

• Measuring the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments to optimize client progress.

• Staying current with the latest advancements in the mental health field by engaging in ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Fostering a non-judgmental and supportive relationship with clients to facilitate a trusting therapeutic environment.

• Maintaining meticulous and accurate records of all clinical services, including initial evaluations and progress notes, while upholding confidentiality standards for all patient records.

• Providing clients with resources and techniques necessary to achieve personal goals and enhance their quality of life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma-related issues, and grief. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives by providing tailored therapeutic support, thereby improving their overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• A valid social work license as required by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
