Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify client needs and mental health conditions, utilizing standard evaluation tools and methods to facilitate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate both traditional therapeutic approaches and alternative strategies tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Engage clients through a combination of remote counseling sessions and occasional in-person meetings as required, whether working with individuals, couples, families, or groups.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring sessions are relevant and effective for each client.

• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines at all times.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded care, participating in case discussions and coordinating efforts to enhance overall client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
