Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying unique strengths and challenges.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that define goals, interventions, and methods for progress monitoring, adapting to the evolving needs of each client.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to devise coordinated and holistic treatment plans.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring immediate and effective care for those in distress.

• Advocate for clients’ rights, linking them to essential community resources and providing case management support to enhance their recovery journey.

• Engage in community outreach and awareness initiatives to remove barriers to mental healthcare and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Rising Ground Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds facing mental health challenges. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing their mental health and overall well-being, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, particularly in the context of our detox center services.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this LCSW position includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
