Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients struggling with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and through outreach into the community.

• Collaborating with team members to establish and achieve shared goals, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices for client assessments, including conducting initial screenings and arranging for comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Developing and implementing integrated care plans that ensure access to additional supportive services, while maintaining communication among clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Carrying a manageable caseload and providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on client needs and requests.

• Monitoring ongoing client progress, including assessments of treatment effectiveness and support during admissions and discharges.

• Participating in on-call coverage as required, ensuring that necessary support is available for clients in crisis situations.

• Engaging in committees dedicated to enhancing service delivery and quality improvement measures within the agency.

In order to be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with mental health populations.

• Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
