Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both in-person and virtually, addressing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Engage collaboratively as a member of the healthcare team, reinforcing the center’s goals through participation in case discussions and meetings.

• Utilize effective communication skills to work harmoniously with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, respecting their unique traditions and experiences.

• Conduct thorough assessments, developing integrated care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring they have access to necessary linked services.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based prevention, treatment, and recovery services, ensuring that clients receive care focused on their presenting needs and preferences.

• Manage a caseload that includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring timely evaluations and treatment adjustments as needed.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to address mental health issues and promote wellness in underserved populations.

• Maintain compliance with professional ethics and standards, ensuring safe and effective therapeutic processes.

• Assist with crisis intervention strategies as required, utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety.

• Oversee documentation processes, ensuring accurate, timely reporting of client progress and outcomes.

• Take part in on-call responsibilities to support clients in urgent situations as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily support clients from under-resourced communities exhibiting a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
