Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly as a clinician in the office and the community with assigned clients facing symptoms related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough and evidence-based assessments to determine client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Develop, implement, and collaborate on integrated care plans while ensuring seamless access to additional support services.

• Provide short-term therapy and recovery services that address immediate client needs, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to individual situations.

• Participate actively as a team member, contributing to common goals with a focus on collaboration and support.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention, employing strategies to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.
