Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies and best practices in trauma, anxiety, and depression management.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices to promote positive outcomes for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Participate in regular professional development and training sessions to stay current with advancements in social work and mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
