Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and collaborate in treatment planning that aligns with our evidence-based practices.

• Work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team, engaging with primary care providers, administrative staff, and patients to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling, utilizing crisis intervention techniques when necessary to address urgent client needs.

• Provide referrals to more intensive treatment options, including specialized inpatient programs when required, as well as Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services.

• Screen patients for substance abuse and offer appropriate counseling or referral to local resources to assist in their recovery.
