Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns by gathering detailed information on their personal history, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individualized therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that include clear goals and client-centered interventions, continually adjusting these plans based on clients' progress and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and the treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to care and maintain continuity in clients' treatment.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at empowering participants and fostering community.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary for at-risk individuals.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, predominantly individuals undergoing detox and recovery from substance use disorders, alongside other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
