Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include, but are not limited to the following:

• Engaging directly with clients in both virtual and potentially occasional in-person settings to assess and address their mental health needs.

• Conducting evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, structuring more comprehensive assessments to determine the appropriate interventions.

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that incorporate holistic and integrated approaches to client care, which may involve coordination with other healthcare providers, families, and community resources.

• Providing therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that interventions are tailored to client needs.

• Monitoring client progress, maintaining records, and completing necessary reports on time to fulfill organizational requirements and support quality improvement initiatives.

• Participating actively in crisis intervention efforts as needed, demonstrating the ability to manage urgent situations while ensuring client safety.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
