Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both virtually and in community settings.

• Collaborate with colleagues as part of a health team, sharing ideas and strategies to meet shared goals for client wellness and community health improvement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including crisis evaluations, and implement developmentally appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Create integrated care plans to ensure seamless access to additional resources and services, facilitating a holistic approach to client care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, maintaining a caseload that enables you to engage closely with clients.

• Work to monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring timely completion of documentation and reporting.

• Develop and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating quick and compassionate responses to clients in distress.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

• Be available for on-call responsibilities during and after standard program hours as assigned.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
