Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center, you will:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients of diverse age groups and backgrounds, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs.

• Utilize our billing service to manage claims, maintain client and insurance accounts, perform benefit and eligibility checks, and establish payment plans, thereby ensuring a smooth administrative process.

• Document and maintain accurate and timely records for all client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
\n
• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, and keep an updated calendar to facilitate seamless therapy sessions.
\n
• Address various clinical presentations, employing a holistic approach to support mental health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on individuals seeking mental health support and couples navigating relationship challenges. You will work closely with clients coping with addiction during their transition through our detox facility, thereby playing a pivotal role in their recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Candidates must possess active LCSW licensure to practice independently in the state of Maryland.
\n
• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-motivation, organizational skills, and effective time management are essential qualities we seek.

• Therapists should have well-developed therapeutic skills and a commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, significant training and experience working with couples and diverse clinical presentations are highly valued. A minimum of 20-25 hours of direct client interaction per week, with availability for at least two evening sessions, is a requirement for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, complemented by a bonus structure. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
