Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a billing service to manage claims, accounts receivable, and maintain organization of client benefits and eligibility checks.

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, catering to clients across the age spectrum with varying backgrounds and clinical presentations.

• Timely documentation is crucial; therefore, complete all client notes and record-keeping activities promptly after each session.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients effectively, ensuring your calendar is up to date to maximize engagement and treatment continuity.

• Collaborate with your peers by participating in team meetings and providing case consultations, enhancing both your professional development and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic encompasses individuals of all ages facing diverse challenges related to mental health. As an LCSW at Juarez Mental Health & Wellness Center, you will work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Your expertise in navigating complex emotional landscapes will be vital in fostering resilience and positive change in our clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, allowing for independent practice.

• Availability for full-time hours, minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a bonus structure. We offer competitive compensation as W2 employees, along with fully covered overhead costs, including a furnished office space, EMR system, and necessary office supplies, which helps alleviate administrative burdens.
