Work Environment\n

This position operates remotely, leveraging technology to facilitate client interactions and team collaboration. Our clinic utilizes a complete electronic medical record (EMR) system and has a dedicated billing service to minimize administrative burdens for our therapists. This allows our social workers to focus primarily on their clients’ needs without the distraction of extensive paperwork.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individual and couples therapy, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client notes and care plans via our EMR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Schedule appointments effectively, managing your calendar to accommodate ongoing client needs, including a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week and availability for at least two evening sessions.

• Work collaboratively with other clinicians to enhance service delivery and contribute to a health-focused environment.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and approaches.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
