Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across various age groups and backgrounds, utilizing techniques tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

• Schedule and coordinate ongoing appointments while managing an organized calendar to optimize therapeutic continuity.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists for case consultation and support, fostering a collegial atmosphere that enhances continuous learning.

• Utilize our billing service for claims processing, client accounts, and payment plan management, thus minimizing administrative burdens on therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base that may include individuals facing a myriad of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Maryland.

• Must be available to fulfill a minimum of 40 hours per week, including at least 2 evenings.

• The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
