Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of important tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health concerns and identify clients' strengths and challenges.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions, family counseling, and group therapy, employing evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Developing customized treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists—to create coordinated care strategies that reflect each client's needs.

• Advocating for clients' rights and connecting them to community resources and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population comprised of school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. Many clients may present with varying levels of emotional disturbances, behavioral challenges, and socio-economic barriers. Your role will help foster improved mental health outcomes through personalized support and comprehensive care strategies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
