Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients’ symptoms regarding mood disorders, ensuring a clear understanding of the intensity, frequency, and duration of their experiences.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, preferences, and goals of each client.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effect meaningful change.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to client well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
