Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and resource availability.

• Deliver personalized therapy sessions—individual, couple, and group therapy—across various platforms, including telehealth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to assist clients in overcoming challenges.

• Develop tailored therapeutic plans, establishing clear, achievable goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide seamless patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, including risk assessment, safety planning, and immediate support during urgent situations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community trust and enhancing social support among participants.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
