Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' challenges and strengths, utilizing standardized assessment tools as applicable.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Design personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and outline interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care and ensure seamless treatment integration.

• Manage crisis situations effectively by conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans that prioritize client well-being.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health issues and treatment options.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults, including couples and families facing various mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues related to trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and more. It is imperative that you approach each case with cultural competence, sensitivity, and a commitment to understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clientele.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
