Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients, assessing the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific goals and preferences of clients, using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage clients and their families in educational sessions about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, incorporating new insights into practice to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
