Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that help identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set well-defined goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Attend and actively participate in treatment team meetings, where you can contribute insights and coordinate care strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention services as required, including risk assessments and safety planning for clients in need.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that complement individual therapies and foster a supportive group environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
