Work Environment\n

The position allows for remote work flexibility while being connected to our outpatient office located in the picturesque Colorado Springs. Our facility operates from Monday to Saturday, offering a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians can take charge of their schedules. As part of our group practice, you'll have access to management and administrative resources, including in-house credentialing, easing your administrative burden so you can focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify mental health needs and create effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing clear communication regarding assessment results, the treatment/intervention plans, and updates during team meetings and patient rounds.

• Implement graduate-level clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, tailored to the unique service plans of clients.

• Manage cases for assigned patients, facilitating consultations with hospital and community professionals to ensure holistic, comprehensive care.

• Ensure ethical standards are met with timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

• Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients, adapting your approach to individual therapeutic needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults, each facing unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
