Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, applying your therapeutic skills to help clients address their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate open discussions to help clients articulate their emotions and experiences, guiding them toward self-awareness and improved communication in their relationships.

• Advocate for your clients by assisting them in defining and achieving personal goals as part of their treatment plans.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans employing evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies.

• Utilize our advanced online therapy platform to manage client interactions, including video sessions and secure messaging, ensuring a professional and efficient practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of stable adults with low acuity, thoroughly screened prior to engaging in services. This ensures a manageable and safe caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality mental health care. Furthermore, we make every effort to match you with clients that align with your respective specialties and preferences, enhancing the therapeutic alliance and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid, fully licensed credential in good standing: either LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). Please note that we cannot accept provisional or limited licenses and expect no disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to connect with clients and convey empathy.

• Proficient computer skills and comfort with teletherapy technology and practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
