Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to meet the varying needs of clients throughout different life stages.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments remotely to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a personalized approach.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans through the use of research-supported interventions, always adapting to the individuality of each client.

• Engage in consistent collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure seamless coordinated care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base ranges from children to seniors, with varying backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold a valid and active license to practice independently, specifically as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Note: Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions against their licenses.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar mental health setting is preferred.
