Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and concerns, develop comprehensive treatment plans based on established clinical diagnoses, and adjust these plans as necessary throughout the course of therapy.

• Deliver individual, family, or group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other applicable methods that cater specifically to the client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
