Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients’ mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, providing effective therapy services, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver exceptional client service and work collaboratively with case managers, families, medical professionals, and other team members to coordinate care and address client needs effectively.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices tailored to client goals, promoting personal growth and achievement.

• Prepare detailed documentation for each client session, including diagnosis updates, treatment reviews, and case notes that adhere to company standards.

• Engage with community resources and support networks to enhance the services provided to clients and promote their overall wellbeing.

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in your state.

• Solid understanding of family therapy methods and community resources available for client support.
\n
• Proficient experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, particularly in a telehealth environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey treatment objectives.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain healthy therapeutic boundaries with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual salary will be competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Additional offerings include:
