Work Environment\n

This telehealth position allows for a flexible work setting where you will engage with clients remotely, providing therapy and support through virtual platforms. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering a consistent framework to manage your caseload effectively while maintaining a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health issues, develop tailored treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with company policies.

• Maintain a weekly caseload of 25-30 client sessions, providing therapeutic interventions to help clients meet their goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with clients in a compassionate manner while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic care.

• Utilize creativity in developing therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients, enhancing their engagement and commitment to the therapeutic process.

• Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each session, including progress notes and treatment plan updates, following organizational guidelines.

• Coordinate care with case managers, medical staff, and family members to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Your work will directly impact a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy principles and community resources.

• Proficiency in mental health documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes.
\n
• Experience working with a range of client demographics, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey therapeutic concepts and establish rapport.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and demonstrate empathy in a culturally diverse setting.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
