Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing standard clinical measurement tools and techniques.

• Evaluate clients' needs, issues, and goals to formulate and adjust appropriate treatment plans collaboratively.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a broad demographic spectrum, including adolescents struggling with emotional distress, adult individuals facing life transitions, and couples seeking to enhance their relational dynamics. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each of these groups allows you to tailor your interventions and therapeutic strategies effectively, ensuring that every client receives the personalized care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a similar field is required.

• An active LMFT license issued by the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist role ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
