Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to build a therapeutic alliance conducive to healing.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, ensuring individualized care.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities to address specific issues.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing regular feedback to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing an array of challenges including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Your role will involve engaging with individuals and families from various backgrounds, providing a culturally competent approach tailored to each patient’s unique context.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with an ability to inspire and motivate clients towards positive change.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guiding Hands Healthcare Corporation offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
