Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your role will encompass a variety of essential responsibilities that contribute to the wellbeing of your clients:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals and families to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage clients through individual and couple therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities to address specific issues such as grief, communication difficulties, and job stress.

• Facilitate group therapeutic sessions when appropriate, focusing on blended families, separation and divorce, and inter-family conflicts.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure an integrated care approach.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development through training and peer supervision to stay abreast of best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, focusing on a broad range of issues, such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse prevention and treatment.
\n
• Emotional and psychological abuse recovery strategies.
\n
• Guidance through grief and loss processes.
\n
• Conflict resolution among family members, including sibling rivalry and parent-child disagreements.

• Facilitation of healthy communication patterns within families.
\n
• Support for blended families and the unique challenges they face.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n
