Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose clients’ mental health challenges accurately.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific concerns, utilizing evidence-based practices for effective outcomes.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, supporting clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic goals and techniques as necessary to enhance the therapeutic relationship and client engagement.

• Commit to maintaining ethical and professional standards by keeping accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
