At Inner Radiance Hub, we facilitate a remote work setting that allows for flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and life goals, incorporating feedback and fostering a client-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat mood disorders and facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
