Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, laying the groundwork for effective treatment.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions that target specific mental health issues.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy, to facilitate healing and resilience.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing measurable goals and effective interventions aimed at improving their emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive treatment approach.

• Manage crisis intervention situations, performing risk assessments and crafting safety plans to ensure clients' immediate safety.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of sessions, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
