Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Formulate and execute personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention support, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience of our clients.
