Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, establishing a clear baseline for treatment.

• Create customized therapy plans that align with each client's specific goals, using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring to incorporate interactive techniques and evidence-based practices to maximize client participation and benefit.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and case managers to provide an integrated treatment approach, enhancing the continuity of care and addressing all aspects of the client's health.

• Maintain stringent documentation practices by keeping accurate and confidential records in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals and families facing a myriad of challenges, such as marital issues, parenting conflicts, adolescent behavioral problems, and co-occurring mental health or substance use disorders. By focusing on family dynamics and communication patterns, you will help clients develop healthier relationships and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n
