Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans addressing their unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address client concerns.

• Provide clients and their families with education and resources regarding mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care practices, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health.

• Continuously track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to align with evolving needs and therapeutic goals.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that prioritizes comprehensive mental health support.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies and interventions.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
