Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, guiding partners through communication challenges and relational dynamics.

• Work with families to identify and resolve issues that affect their overall harmony and functioning through targeted family therapy approaches.

• Develop client-centered treatment plans that are actionable and measurable, based on comprehensive assessments of client needs and therapy goals.

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and frameworks.

• Engage in regular consultation with other healthcare professionals, when necessary, to provide holistic support to clients and ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will encounter clients from various backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to utilize and expand your skill set while making a meaningful impact in their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado or eligible for licensure.

• Minimum of two years of experience in direct clinical practice, demonstrating capability in a therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• A strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and their applications in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
