Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Alchemy Counseling, you will:

• Conduct personalized assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for couples and families, targeting their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples together and individually to address relational dynamics and promote open communication.

• Specialize in a wide range of issues impacting families, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry

• Issues related to blended families and remarriage
\n
• Adjustment to separation and divorce
\n
• Job-related stress and medical concerns

• Mother/Daughter relationship challenges

• Improving family communication
\n
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall patient outcomes and adherence to best clinical practices.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client progress and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and meet compliance standards.

Your work will primarily focus on couples and families, including individuals across various demographics and backgrounds.
