Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Inner Alchemy Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and diagnosing emotional or behavioral disorders in individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and other approaches tailored to clients' needs.
\n
• Facilitating couples therapy sessions and managing individual therapy for each partner, ensuring that both perspectives are addressed and understood.
\n
• Working collaboratively with clients on issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, familial conflicts, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Maintaining detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Offering consultation and guidance to families facing challenges associated with blended households, parental separation, divorce, and adjustment issues.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing issues such as emotional distress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your expertise will be vital for families navigating complex dynamics, and you will be expected to foster an inclusive, empathic environment where clients feel safe to express their feelings and concerns.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ethical practices and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be at an advantage:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with a focus on marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
