Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices during individual, family, and group sessions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear, actionable goals to meet the needs of each client.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and develop safety plans in situations where immediate support is necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience of our clients.

Qualifications\n
