This position is structured to be remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong support network through our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in therapeutic sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Spectrum Institute, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your role will extend to supporting vulnerable populations, including those affected by homelessness, domestic violence, or trauma.
