Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with minimal paperwork requirements, as the platform manages the majority of documentation.

• Utilize a library of thousands of therapy tools and resources to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Manage your schedule flexibly, choosing to work as few as 5 hours or a full caseload of up to 40+ hours per week.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from individuals seeking personal growth to families navigating challenging dynamics. All clients are screened to ensure they are stable and of low acuity, allowing you to focus your therapeutic skills on meaningful interventions without the pressure of managing crisis situations. You will have the ability to set your own demographics and specialize based on your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n
• Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and administrative staff.

• A private and dedicated workspace that enables compliance with confidentiality and privacy policies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience managing a diverse client caseload, ideally in a teletherapy context.

• Additional certifications or licensures in other states are considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. New therapists will also receive a sign-on bonus upon seeing their first client within two weeks of onboarding. Enjoy other benefits, including:
