Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mood disorders to evaluate their symptoms, including intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients' needs.

As an LMFT at Inner Radiance Hub, you will primarily serve clients struggling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including vulnerable populations like the homeless, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Your role will be instrumental in helping them navigate their challenges and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
