Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Radiance Hub, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of each client, ensuring their needs are met holistically.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care that enhances the overall client experience.

• Stay informed about the latest research and treatment methodologies in mood disorders to continuously improve treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our licensed therapists primarily work with individuals suffering from mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Additionally, we provide support to diverse groups, including homeless individuals, refugees, and victims of domestic abuse. Your role will be instrumental in empowering these clients to overcome their challenges and foster resilience as they navigate their mental health journey.
