Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, encompassing strengths, challenges, and available support systems.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing measurable goals and tailored interventions to address specific needs.

• Engage in regular consultation with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to support clients during challenging moments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical regulations, ensuring compliance with legal standards in all therapeutic interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
