Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, whether it be one-on-one, family, or group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment methods.

• Employ therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy to aid clients in their recovery.

• Create individualized treatment plans that set clear, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop effective safety planning when necessary.

• Participate in group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, contributing to a holistic therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
