Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage with clients in both individual and couples therapy, allowing you to address complex family dynamics and personal challenges effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that cater to individual and family needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing issues ranging from communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, to substance abuse concerns.

• Providing support during critical life transitions such as separation, divorce, and adjustment to new family structures, particularly blended families.

• Regularly reviewing and adjusting therapeutic strategies based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
