Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client and their families.
\n
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through telehealth and in-person modalities.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical documentation in compliance with all HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and share insights on case management.
\n
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and other familial dynamics. Our approach is systematically tailored to accommodate cultural sensitivities, ensuring every family receives the respect and understanding they deserve.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Illinois.
\n
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting that includes working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Demonstrated competence in cultural sensitivity and a commitment to working respectfully with diverse populations.

• Flexible availability with a willingness to offer services two evenings a week and one weekend day.

Preferred Experience\n
