Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Urban Arc, your responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, which may include individuals, couples, and families facing varied challenges. The clinic serves both adult populations and children/adolescents, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact across all ages. You will engage with clients who may be dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological conditions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Illinois.
\n
• A strong commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.

• Demonstrable experience in therapy with adults and/or children and adolescents, as well as couples.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
